another question

Thank you for the information. I chose option 2 because I could not get the mapping a drive to work - I think they may restrict us from doing that so I chose option 2. I got that to work and now have the spooled file. How do I get that into a txt or csv file?
Thanks a bunch - I appreciate your ideas!
